Eating a well balanced diet, staying hydrated and moving our bodies on a regular base, are important aspects to staying healthy. As a licensed massage therapist and a certified group fitness trainer, I have learned that, indeed, the beauty of health includes all of these areas, however, many have forgotten the importance of the healthy mind and mental health as well.
Therefore I am very passionate about creating a whole wellness package including: massage therapy, fitness classes, customized retreats and adventure trips.
It is important to connect to your inner peace as much as it is to stay hydrated throughout your hard working day. Our minds and bodies are what keep us connected to the Earth. Pausing the outside world to connect with your soul will bring happiness and peace to your everyday life. Continue to take care of yourself, take care of your mind, take care of your body.
